My point was “Zug as town reaction tests all the time”, and thus “I had substantial reason to believe Zug was RTing me and was not actually Lunatic”, and thus “not telling Zug he is the Lunatic will not actually make him play for evil (as he is not the Lunatic)”, and thus “I have no particular motive to wolf Zug like that as evil”
zug doing rts is fundamentally different in the scenario which he is actually the lunatic, and making somebody believe you are a wolf isn’t a good idea if he is
there is a very real possibilty he was the real lunatic
saying there is a possibility he is not isn’t a counter to why you wouldn’t do it
I don’t see the harm in allowing a lunatic to live in their delusions
