And in that there can be a conversion and kill (Unseen) but can alternatively not be (Cult).

I stepped through the threshold, crossing into the realm where reality and illusion converged.

Faces pass me by, their expressions an unreadable assortment of emotions. I weave across the labyrinth of streets and alleys, leaving behind cryptic messages, graffiti that speaks a language only I can decipher – a code born from the whispers that echo in my soul. Yet, for me, the town is not what it seems. It is a mirage, a surreal landscape shaped by the whims of a fractured mind.

As the cab rolled to a stop, I found myself before the looming façade of the abandoned theater. The air hung heavy with anticipation, and the distant strains of an eerie melody wafted through the cracks in the walls.

“This is where your path leads, my friend…” he said, his voice tinged, accompanied by a hint of caution.

There, the premises bathed in the ghostly glow of moonlight, we beheld a sight that transcended the bounds of mortal comprehension. The building was alive with movement, silhouettes swirling in a mesmerizing dance that defied reason. I could hear the echoes of footsteps reverberating throughout the empty corridors, each shadow holding the promise of peril.

The crux of the whole thing is that lore wise the Camirilla/anarchs don’t kill, so from this angle the bad guys can’t be Camirilla/anarch without the primary method of killing being conversion. On the other hand there is another sect of vampire that embraces and kills without much thought and that is the Sabbat. This only works if everyone good is supposed to be human characters.

Alright, let’s get this party started.

The main thing I’m going to talk about mechanically is that since we have conversions in this game, town’s clock is (probably) going to be reduced compared to normal. Though I would expect that initially there might be less evils. This does mean that as the game goes on we’re not going to be able to rely as much on mech and on socials since those with good socials might be converted and our mech might be clearing of someone at one point and then useless later on. Do not hard defend anyone, take each day as it’s own individual D1.

Wolves probably would also discuss this next thing privately so I’m just going to make it public knowledge. Some abilities could be focused around this mechanic, be it detecting conversion, preventing conversion or something similar. It is wise to keep these effects secret since it means that wolves do not have counterplay.
