I have a few questions I can’t see in OP:
- How many mafia are there?
- How do mafia kill?
- Can mafia talk to each other even when not on same tile?

This’ll be announced properly when the game starts, but there are two mafia.
Mafia has an additional ability that enables them to kill outside of action resolution.
Mafia has a separate chat where they can communicate regardless of distance.

You can also get up via the 8s (15 - 8 + 1 = 8 Stamina).
Can’t wait for maf to accidentally move too far in round 1 and immediately out
