Well 4 of them have to be LTs, so you will have 12 gifts as the end result.

LT only doubles the gift so it would be 2^4 (which is 16)
but it would double it each time
so you start with 4 gifts
it gets doubled to 8
then it gets doubled again to 16
then it gets doubled again to 32
then it gets doubled again to 64
