I donât see obvious issues (for example, townsfolk that would be able to confirm themselves easily due to there being no way to imitate their ability), and there seems to be a decent amount of ways for the storyteller to balance things (while each doesnât apply most of the time, it can likely be ensured theyâll be enough levers to pull):
- Noble (N1 only)
- Balloonist (can be given inconsequential info)
- Cult Leader (alignment change)
- High Priestess kinda (IMO the wording doesnât really permit wolfsiding)
- Amnesiac maybe
- Damsel character after huntsman guess
- Puzzledrunk player + possible token integrity shenanigans there
- Recluse
- Marionette stuff
- Cerenovusâ âmightâ
- Poison from No Dashii / Vigor
There are a few things I personally donât like, but those are just my tastes
On the other hand though, I do see the potential interaction of âHuntsman Marionette chooses the Damsel and realizes their ability didnât work, then gets to Damsel-guess for real and winâ as pretty nice

though, the demon would only get one shot before outing themselves, unless they played it off as a joke, since theyâd need to guess themself as a demon

The Marionette / No Dashii / Typhon script combo is an inspired decision. Particularly given the latter alongside Xaan, this script feels built to hide the Typhon; which makes me sorta wonder why Empath exists here? Oh, itâs to frame them as protecting a Typhon chain I get it. Cult Leaderâs a little weird with Typhon, but theyâll always have the option to flip good in such a game so itâs probably just fine. This script also has the potential to just be really boring depending on the setup, and disproportionate to the amount of good information there isnât very much poisoning that isnât just clustered in one circle so it just becomes focused on identifying a direction and killing there⌠Vigormortis is the only reason to distrust the dead⌠ooh I love the title!!
What roles donât you personally like?
Iâve never seen a lord of typhon game but game theorying it i assume you might be incentivised to kill your minion neighbour at some point to not make it look super bait that a line of ppl are all alive. Vigors on script as another reason sus ppl could die and justify dodgy info within typhon line?
(having said this i am clearly awful at judging who the demon should kill based off of last game so this might be totally wrong lmaooo)
