No, obviously not. Even in forums that have had a much longer existence over time don’t have that kind of internal community shared across the entire forum.
However, if this forum were filled with many bad actors, then why wouldn’t they just collude privately through untraceable means to begin with?

Game integrity was broken.
However new the host is doesn’t really matter to me.
What matters to me are that the host feels comfortable running a game and the players have fun playing the game.
If the game’s integrity has been breached, the host should do their best to rectify it. Canning a game should be the last resort.
