I just figured out what those +1’s mean

so Night is either an Outsider or Standard Bearer. Isn’t it risky to claim you are outsider if you are indeed an outsider?

Standard Bearer is a role that requires them to actively claim they are bearer for it to function.

To counteract evil snaking their way into these affairs. People should bluff standard bearer when nominated.
