I will go through all characters

First our Manticore May.

She was our townsfolk Savant

Each night*, learn a statement useful for the evil team to know. Once per game, you may force that information to be false.

She died too early to actually use her ability sadly but was supposed to he the main investigative for town

Secondly Olm our Imp townsfolk

Once per game, at Night, choose a player.
If you are “Mad” they are the most important player when the Demon kills them, gain their ability. If evil, you are poisoned.

Again another ability that didnt get to do anything. But it was a forced hand which i will explain later

Third was our first minion death

IceT The Minion Baron

Start with 20 Gold. Each night, you may bribe one of three Traveller abilities to join the town until dusk, worth $10, $5 and $2 respectively.

He brought in the Barista… DID NOT BRING IN THE MATRON

Fourth Was Jarek our Minion Cult Leader
Who you all foolishly believed

Jokes they were townsfolk

You have a new Base3 Townsfolk ability so long as 2, 5 and 7 players are cultists. Players must be privately persuaded to join your cult, and may leave at any time.

They got the fisherman for their first character

And the clock maker for their second

Kiiruma was our next death

ITS NOT A FUCKING GAME OF LIZARDS UNTIL SOMEONE CLAIMS FUCKING GOON

Kirruma had nothing to do with a goon and was in fact our townsfolk zealot

The player who votes with you the most and the least can’t die tonight. Ties result in no protection

Kiiruma protected Chomps and Litten those times irrespectively, and never claimed nor processed a minimum save if I’m following the records correctly. In any case, he never had an effect beyond disincentivising certain kills.

The next player to perish was Litten, struck from the sky by heavenly retribution right from his prime. He was our one and only Outsider slot.

The Devil’s Advocate.

“Players you nominate might not die?” Get outta here.

Litten’s true ability was as follows.

Executed players might not die unless you were “Mad” they were Good that day.

This was solely responsible for Chomps’ survival the previous day, but its detriment was far greater as Litten struggled to direct the executions or suspicions he wanted. We kept wondering in spec chat why he didn’t simply reverse his reads and go full Joker scorched earth instead of skidding around this weakness, but eh. Whatever.

But how did Litten die?

Rest in peace, Aleph. Killed off by a second.

Your Townsfolk claim read:
Once per game at Night, learn if the most recently killed executee knows the answer to a yes/no question. If they are evil, you learn false info.

With your misexecution your team has lost, good game.

Atlas says that’s a joke in poor taste and hates me now. Oh well.

Aleph was actually the Demon Summoner, who started this game with no active kill ability as per Silviu’s starting text. Aleph’s starting ability was as follows:

Each Night, choose a player.
When you have chosen two, gain a new ability hybridised from both of theirs and stop copying powers.

Their selections were Benguined and Chomps, and so Aleph gained a new killing ability on Night 3.

Aleph’s new power was as follows:

Each night, kill a player. Players who make false accusations during their nomination might die.

Town was not expected to figure this out, it was anticipated as a random killing power as per the Klutz and Virgin combination. Whoops, spoilers.

In any case, this is why Litten died. I don’t think we need to explain how his nomination on Aleph today was wrong.
