i also want to say in response to artemis, usually the wolves are tasked with tracking breaks in the restriction as well as explanations
its easier to track explanations.

I only broke it when I was under severe pressure from several people in the thread and when I thought it was mechanically optinal to kill myself there btw

Or the extra kill could just be a lie, and he needed to cause some dramatics around it to make it look genuine.
