i imagine I’m quite late but if you have trouble getting to sleep with the main light on but dont have any other options you can use your phone screen and just set it to automatically go to sleep after a certain amount of time so it doesnt die

Turn on night shift on your phone so you can use it to see without really impacting your sleep too much.
