thatā€™s a game i actually enjoy that does the same things, and I absolutely will drag it over the coals over that specific aspect. i just still like it becuase the game is actually to my tastes

I would argue that most forms of art would be made better by saying something interesting about their subject matter, but where games as an interactive medium differ from other more conventional artforms is that they have a lot less need for that in order to provide value through existing

it does not have to say anything interesting. it just has to say something.
you have said, over and over again, that the cruelty in Palworld is there for no reason other than for shock value, and by extension, for advertising.

alright everyone, great conversation, Iā€™m going to go play the game about how enslaving semi-sentient animals and forcing them to fight in gladiatorial combat for your amusement is actually fine because they enjoy it, and anyone who disagrees is naive at best
