eat the same quantity if thats enough but i think thats better if its spread out throughout the day. afaik thereâs a limit of how much protein you can ingest in one meal, i dunno about the other nutrients

See I used to have the opposite issue where like. When Iâd get sick I wouldnât eat much. Appetite loss, nausea, just being too tired to get out of bed, whatever. And I already have a tiny appetite. So Iâd accidentally train myself down to barely eating.
And then once Iâd stop being sick I wouldnât be able to eat a normal sized meal anymore and then I wouldnât have the energy to do, like, daily tasks

I tried out a pancake rap from Dunkinâ Donuts which is basically they take a small pancake and wrap it around meat and they give you a tiny container of syrup and I was like how tf was I supposed to eat it
