If Trump loses I’m worried about some state legislatures giving their delegates to him anyway and SCOTUS has signaled they don’t give a shit about anything other than making sure things come up Trump.

as district attorney / attorney general she threw thousands of (disproportionately black) people in jail for marijuna possession laws.

She did make sure that a trans woman couldn’t get HRT in prison though. Kept losing and kept appealing to make sure they didn’t have to give her HRT
