i have no idea what that is but after googling it says that the breadcrumbs are both first oven dried and then the whole dish is baked. that’s two thermal manipulation for the breadcrumbs

i dont know neither borger nor white castle but leftover soaked bread sounds like food for people in need (poor people struggling for money). this doesnt sound to me like someone who’s decently financially would eat willingly
