botf marionette has 1. public knowledge that it could be in the game, 2. some method of private mafia communication, 3. some kind of limitations on who it could be that people could reasonably determine

I mean think of it like this
Practically geyde’s flip did not have much of a positive effect on the game
It was wrong, some town members look dumb and geyde gets screwed a bit for potentially playing anti win con
However, if frost made it obvious alignment flip fuckery and alignment switching could happen then that could cause a wave of paranoid to wash over the game resulting in more interesting situations.
It’s debatable if that’s fun. But I think it’s much better than how it played out this game

Fundamentally it was just a prank played on the players, but it wasn’t anything more than that

i actually do think this setup is balanced, but as geyde put it, what happends in the first two nights really affects the outcome of the game, which does mean its swingy,
but what rolemadness setup isnt like, swingy though
i do think WoTM should be enabled on the rand, depending on whats randed for both sides, and just try to like balance it out a bit, not like try to acieve perfect balance, but like 5 protectives roll, and no wolf strongman rolled, prolly either change one to strongman or remove a protective tbh
also considering watcher is both, thats actually 6 tbh
thats all i think about the setup tbh

Thats why Enemy Within is good to have surprises, like I was hinting the lying darkness NK on Enemy Within 4 be like.
