The way I am voting Lemon now, while nothing about Wazza herself, is to prevent early hammer at this point.

I do not take back what I said about Lemon however, I still think he may be non-town when its done with Kelsier and Wazza.

Its not possible for witch attacking at Night 1, so Kelsier can’t be acting against their will.

It is important to get rid of the witch however.
