I mean directly. People would consider a lot of things, before they would say someone was framed.
Anyone visiting the dead player wouldn’t say they redchecked the dead player, and would confidently say that the dead player was framed.

A seer wouldn’t know if their first night target or second night targert (if both of their target is dead) if the other player is alive, they would suspect the other player before, than saying the dead player was framed.
Lookout/tracker seeing the target visiting themself could mean a lot of things, (redirection, selftarget) and wouldn’t consider redcheck as a priority
P.E. simply can’t get a redcheck.
