It means Hippo is trying to look like a villager by wanting a villager voted out. I think. It’s very telling that I voted for Ice first I think yet Hippo was the one that claimed I TMIed Ice town first.

If he was a villager who thought I was a wolf that TMIed Ice town, why did Hippo vote for Kanave instead of Ice?
