I can’t imagine what my teachers would say to me if I said that in primary school.

They’d ask for a bottle of your favorite.

well we aint there are we

you’d logically have your parents called and maybe sent to the hospital for potential too much alcohol consumption

That’s been a thing since SF5 or Wild West FM 1. I’m not exactly sure.

in general a blend between proportional and equal winrates is ideal

if you’re purely proportional then usually your outcome is largely determined by your rand, and if it’s purely equal then sure each team has equal chances but in practice most people will be losing most games even if they play well (which is kind of the same problem but in a different way)

somewhere in between the two tends to be the ideal target

I have a list + a pivot table that pulls from the list. Used to have formulas but the pivot table is just like objectively better

What does your list look like?

Asking just to know what kinds of stuff I should add to a spreadsheet like this.

Whoops forgot to reply. It’s above. I have a bunch of stuff in there that I just have because I’m curious - like I track my EoD vote accuracy when I’m town

this is not a promise of any deliverables, infact it is the opposite;

whenever i think of running another long roleplay game i can feel the crashing wave of disapproval from perhaps the world itself

right now that i’ve got your attention i don’t think this is a good idea for anyone to do at all.

it’s cool around friends but with strangers and all the anonymity the internet provides and stress and stuff you just don’t wanna be there
everyone else before and after me hasn’t run something to the extent that i did, besides (solely), i believe those danganronpa games? which arete has informed me a few years back is a hell of it’s own despite being shorter

i’m honestly quite sure there’s something specifically wrong in my head that makes me able to do these without cracking

you can run roleplay games! stuff like perjury and those kotc games are delightfully small and not super effortful for the host, but if you wanna do like a live interaction game and stuff i’d honestly recommend you don’t

I tried making a Danganronpa game a la Zelda Mafia last year, but that was a nightmare because you can’t really create a situation where someone feels like it’s worth risking their own life to have a chance of winning.

Honestly, a lot of your thoughts on live interaction roleplay games are kinda central to why Zelda Mafia was designed the way it was.
