Iâve always imagined Bladesingers using Toji Fushiguroâs chain weapon.
No clue what itâs called, but they should add that to DnD.
unfortunately it would probably constitute the condition to turn off bladesong of âattacking using two handsâ

I kinda wanna create a character like this for a campaign.
No clue how to make it work, but making it scale off Intelligence and Dexterity seems like itâd be a pretty banger character design.

control effect with a weapon + blast
the problem here is that the most relevant weapon (whip) canât grapple
realistically youâre looking at eldritch knight who uses trip mastery to knock prone then uses a spell like booming blade to get advantage
