Drabble Duel 2: Doppelgangsters Reloaded

The purpose of this game is to anonymously roleplay as your fellow FoLers. Try to mimic them accurately, and/or make fun of them, it’s up to you. The end goal is to collect likes on your posts. The person with the highest amount of likes wins!

Details:

Participants are split in two groups - “normal” players and “lazy” players, depending on what they sign up as.

Normal players:

  • Will roleplay as others. Will anonymously write one post for every normal and lazy player including yourself
  • Get roleplayed as by the other normal payers
  • Are competing to win the game

Lazy players:

  • Will not be writing any posts, or doing anything at all
  • Get roleplayed as by the normal players
  • Are not competing to win the game

Basically, by signing up as a lazy player, you are giving consent for people to roleplay as you, that’s all.

Once everyone writes their masterpieces (which you submit to me privately), I reveal them in a random order, and everybody on FoL can give likes on every post they deemed worthy of a like.

Non-players may also gives likes, and they will be counted.

Signups will stay open for one week. The period to write your creations will also be one week. Then I do the anonymous reveal, and then the time period to gather likes is two days. Then I do the full reveal, revealing the writers’ identities, and calculate the winner.

Extra stuff:

I will count it as all normal players self-liking their own posts, even if they didn’t click the like button.

Only one like per person will be counted (as in, alts).

Please don’t “tryhard” the game by not giving your competitors likes even if you enjoyed their posts. It’s not meant to be cutthroat!

You aren’t obligated to write a post for everyone. You would earn less likes overall, but it’s not mandatory you force yourself to.
