Anyway upon re-reading I have decided that Etha’s treatment of drinks feels a bit predatory and while it pains me to lose a Marin pfp from my sight, she also feels like she is trying to pocket me so it’s time for her to die

I understand the concern of me hard-pushing Lol to thinking they’re town-lean. I specifically said “town-lean”, which from my understanding, means they are leaning toward town. I am by no means clearing Lol. I have explained that I found their behavior suspicious, but it feels too bold for a wolf. Maybe that’s how they play wolf. I wouldn’t know. If you really think that we’re a pair, I’m fine if you want to push me or Lol. If it gives us the most information, I’m content with the push

Her own commentary holds up decently enough in my perspective.
Demi has spent a bit more time here so it might be specific player reads from past games, so I’m more on the Arctic linking. Could be some weird seeding depending on her alignment, but I’m not using it as a sole “This makes Demi SS * ” flag.

Not an absurd question, just one that’s almost too direct to have an on-the-spot answer for. I’m unsure if this satisfies the question since you’re asking for the absence of something that I personally am not expecting .

The underlying logistical parts of the game click. But the social interaction here is way off my radar (“pressure” voting is an example of this where my mind discards it.)

Think the best way to detail it is: I prefer approaching the game with pure reasoning & considering the opposite side. Can come off as cold / dry, but I find it as a productive approach to the game.
(Ex: Last chunk of posts from Litten <-> Myself about why defending yourself is low value is an argument that’s based around other’s perception of you & their situation.)

Drinks from what I can tell hasn’t given a single explanation or read from their head. They’re not playing to what I believe is their town meta which has me believing they’re scum. They haven’t posted enough to make me think other wise so unless Drinks starts posting like Zenon I don’t see them leaving this box anytime soon.

Is there any specifics into why you believe we are exactly not aligned, as opposed to just me being evil? The first quote post sounds like you think we cannot be paired, while the second reads more disconnected that I’m just evil.

Arctic and you are borderlining good but I’m not 100%.

Etha’s arguments lack structural integrity at points so she’s raising some flags.

Litten I’m hesitant but not actively worried about. Elaborated a little bit more in the post above the one I’m replying to. I’d give them a more thorough look after we clear Etha (either by axe or some master detective warping my thoughts of her).

Doodle is a hard neutral for me. Their response to persistent questions feels fine, but doesn’t yield much for me to interpret as either alignment. Essentially sitting in a spot of “Solidly middle-ground, which means more likely town. But no reason to actively think they are.”

You’re on a good-trending path to me. Curious into player’s insights reads to me like you’re trying to make connections between your existing social deduction knowledge from other games into this one which reads well. Just checking less boxes than other people I’ve ranked higher mentally in terms of township (which is fine).

To confirm this position, do you think it’s net benefit to the town that you live over Litten, regardless of revealed alignment? I do no think it’s a worthwhile risk to see Litten axed as town with you alive.

This is a dangerous perspective if others do not agree on your alignment (and one I feel evils are compelled into holding to an extent). Revealing as town can be beneficial if people then use that to reinforce the reads you made as verifiably coming from a town source.

Also, all of the stuff that I thought was wolf behavior about them people were saying it was town Lol. If multiple people who know Lol better claim they are town, I have to take that into consideration. Yes, their behavior is suspicious from my experiences with social deduction, but this could just be how they play. I can’t just tunnel-vision without considering the perspective of others
