I don’t know anybody here or have any prior knowledge of forum mafia, much less mountainous. At this point I’m operating off of gut instinct and hunches, as well as a fair amount of cognitive bias. Magnus tried to scumread me, and that may have caused this, but all in all I’m basically guessing.

i haven’t had much success playing as town in my forum mafia career (my previous game was my first townie game and i didn’t correctly read a single wolf)

what i’m currently doing is trying to match up people in same side/diff side pairs (e.x. demi and artic) and i’m probably just gonna hold onto those pairs until later when one half of the pair reveals

i’m also using a lot of trusting my gut

I can try to answer this. From my memory, which is bad , I remember evil Drinks trying to make themselves seem super town and taking control of discussions. I could just be having false memories though, don’t trust me.

Most of us have Leafia in a wolf boat rn, and personally I’ve paired Zorvo and Leafia for now.

Maybe I am wrong, but I think Jormok is more likely to be town than wolf. This is a lot of effort put into notetaking. I feel like a wolf would just kinda pick and choose random pieces to commentate on. In this post though, it seems like Jormok captured a lot of significant moments in their notes. Although, I will admit this note style is confusing to follow (at least for me). It still seems towny nonetheless

Effort isn’t always AI and I’ve seen wolves go to far more effort before. Also, he’s really nitpicking with his reads and ignoring several things about both me and Arctic.

I know Arctic is a good player to have around late game and I feel so confident on Arctic being town that I’m down for anything to keep him alive at least until mid game.
Trust me if I was wolf with Arctic do you seriously believe I’d be so BLATANTLY TURBO on defending this? I’d be more passive and subtle about it

As a player overall, I believe I mentioned around my first batch of posts in this thread that I really enjoy the way they do reads and solving and of course that wouldn’t be helpful if they’re wolf but I’d bet my life that Arctic is town

There’s literally no way a villager can be this confident on a slot this early.

It probably doesn’t mean much in this case since it’s a reasonable stance to take if you townread both of zorvo and achro

If you’re town in this game then take it as a compliment because I think you are making pro-town posts, and this would be an improvement of your towngame, but the alternative is that you’re a wolf lol
