If you think about it the loyal modifier makes a loooooooooooot of sense

Magnus is indeed doing too many sheningans with the role claims to the point I’m not sure what’s the point about it
your ability fails on non-town so yeah you’d still have it but you woudln’t be doing anything on non-townies
You basically can’t protect non-townies which is great which means I can’t shoot you by accident
