The Boys - Game Over - Marissa wins!

in a slightly different endgame, that one is decided by RNG.

i dunno if it’s preventable thio

If there are no valid target, just pull them out from the drawing lot.
or just put on every minor power: "it does not stack with other ‘the card name itself’ " (most TCG using this method, so people wouldn’t make 1 card combinations.)

i do actually like stackable powers, altho it did make a bit of a bogus endgame in combo with Lair of Evil in which both living players had so much more defensive power than lff

obviously i meant ‘the name of the minor power itself’ not card, but after this game, the obvious isn’t obvious anymore…

i would have to design a lot of minor powers then, which does run the risk of lack of balance, hard to balance a lot of moving pieces. hmmm. ill see what i can think of :stuck_out_tongue:

then just give tree of life and poison ivy this restriction.

the minor powers (mutations) from last game were all unique but they were as strong and game-warping as major powers, at least i thought

also i think leftover shields should probably burn you immediately from round 1. no point in wasting that round and have everyone turtle

agreed, round 1 was boring…

in the first rendition they didnt burn until round 3, so there was an improvement!

mmmm i think it can be good.

maybe a smaller pool of powers are recieved later game. like you only get 1 good 1 bad. and you dont give any out

i think there needs to be some burn rules tho. like at the health total i was at and the ability i had. i felt like shielding was just… something i couldnt ever do. which at such low health shouldnt be something i need to worry about especially if i did damage that turn

like less health you have the lower the percentage of burn you take

yes i am still salty

in exchange you wouldn’t take that player’s action the next round.

but yeah, in most of the time, simply attacking would have worth more than using Coerce. No wonder Hazard never used it even once.

It was basically your own fault that you had so little health, that you had.

not sure how to implement that. but in the original game only shields gained from basic defend burned you if you overshielded. shields gained from powers didn’t. i made this change, but i might revert to that ruling willow did
