@tutuu am I allowed to prequeue depenent actions for next round, and lock them?

For example, something like prequeuing a basic attack of 50 damage towards the person who does the most damage to me, and locking that action?

Can’t imagine he’d say no.
How should he resolve that if two people deal equal amounts of damage to you, or if no one deals damage to you?
