It just puts the Cyberiad Neighbourhood back in the game - the player doesn’t get to choose who joins the neighbourhood, so it’s not tangible town power that actually makes the game more swingy in the same way another role would be.
Also I’m still convinced that Wisp being in N3 chat is weird and shouldn’;t ahve been a thing with no input on my part, I’m under the impression my pulling people in is temporary.
For the sake of claritt, everytime i asked triss to talk about sultan, they vame to a town lean and if they dont post those thoughts i will grab them from our chat
It doesn’t matter, the players show up temporarily. It’s just a passive that adds a neighbourhood into the game, same as the wolf presumably has (or maybe it’s an active ability for the wolf).
