That was always what appealed to me about putting wolves in boxes as a strategy. Even a town player who primarily tonereads d1 can use it to great effect without the fluff.

But by looking for the bad, you can push town players doing bad things to raise their own standards and then the strategy is even better. Until hollowkatt pockets me.

With fourteen players alive, I’m assuming exactly three evils (or aliens…) and between 0-2 neutrals until otherwise proven. Even with perfect nightkills and only misexes, D4 is only MYLO. So I’m inclined to believe this claim, and anyone who rolefishes further is possibly evil trying to figure out whether they should nightkill Achro or not, before it’s too late.

I can’t disagree with Jarek. Leafia found an excuse to vote Jarek, and immediately used Jarek’s countervote as a springboard to start this back-and-forth. I’m not entirely sure what this means, but it feels like Leafia’s looking for reasons to be helpful, it doesn’t come across as natural.

Leafia made a pressure vote, claiming to have taken a joke seriously, and saw an OMGUS vote as being suspicious. Leafia then says Jarek misrepresented her argument, but ultimately null town leans Jarek, apparently backing off because Jarek’s wrong, drawing a comparison to Jaiden when she was completely right that game. So the comparison doesn’t hold up, either.

feel like this is a bit of a misrep of what leafia was saying as well as just. so much depends on some sort of meta read that i do not think either leafia or magnus should be putting this much weight on at this point

Misunderstood the Singer role. I could understand not knowing about the role immediately (I already knew about the role as a concept from Mafiawiki from last game, when I was browsing for fakeclaims), but given how others didn’t bother to look up the role either and taken at face value, this should townslip Alana. Or this could be a faked derpclear, it’s not particularly inspiring either way.

Without researching the role in advance, Alana could foreseeable conclude “killing Neon during the night will give the information of multiple factions outside Town”. Using Neon as “bait” after loudly claiming a role Alana interpreted as being useful once nightkilled, and would therefore be left alone by evils, shouldn’t logically follow?
I don’t really like Alana’s second post up there. It’s not necessarily informative on its own, but Alana could’ve tried a derpclear right there.

So Alana unvoted their strongest scumread… without any preamble or reason. Like they don’t want to dig themselves too deep. I don’t think an evil interacts this way with their partner, given how blatant this is, so I’d likely assume V/V or V/W, we’ll see how this goes.
The vote itself wasn’t bad, voting someone you previously played with over someone you don’t know, especially if you’re inclined to think they’re bad. My hypothesis of Alana using metareads is also supported here.

I was one of the first people pointing out Porscha’s empty ISO. I’m pretty happy with the wagon cause I think it’s likely scum. I’m far less confident on the others you mentioned and like I pointed out earlier, the fact that my 4 scum leans were all on gyr makes me think I’m probably just wrong on some of them.
